The staff and service there was great. We will stay there again.

I like this hotel because of its location, since I stay there sometimes when visiting a friend in Hollywood. The pool is great and the food is great, so it's a good choice for me.

The air conditioner was not working properly and the room was way too hot the entire time we were there no matter what we did. The bed wasn't as comfortable as most of the Westin Heavenly beds we have stayed in before.

The pools were dirty. The hotel was supposed to be on the beach and wasn't.

The hotel was very nice. The front desk clerk was exceptionally helpful, professional and impressive. The hotel had lovely grounds. It took a bit too long to locate my car from the valet, but really, that's a minor complaint. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, warm and comfortable yet sleek and modern. The hotel has stunning views as the sun rises over the ocean, and who can get enough of those heavenly beds. The hotel was so fantastic that even on business, I was very relaxed.
