I stayed here for 10 days and it was perfect!

The pool was breathtaking, and the rooms were impeccably cleaned. The service was outstanding. Everyone from the desk to the wait staff at the pool was unbelievably friendly and attentive. I've stayed at other four star hotels, and this was the best experience I've had ever had, bar none!

I will go back. Take someone you love to share this experience, it was magical.

The Westin Diplomat hotel is a beautiful resort, with two huge pools, a spa and beach front access. Our ocean view room on the thirty seventh floor was well appointed and very clean. The service and the food at the hotel restaurants were excellent.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There were many beach and pool lounges available. Pool towels were also readily available. There were also waiters and waitresses providing bar and food service at the pool.

It was a great hotel with lovely rooms, a nice beach and extensive grounds.

The location is fine if you don't want to leave the area near the hotel. The room is comfortable. However, in my opinion it's very overpriced.

The location was very nice, it was comfortable and very clean. The service was good except for the restaurant I visited and the bar. There was not enough help in the restaurant and the waitress in the bar did not have a very good attitude. The only problem I experienced was not being able to get the major networks to work on the TV for the first two and a half days.

The entire stay was wonderful. I enjoyed myself at the hotel and would gladly stay in another Westin Hotel in the future.

The restaurants were great and the service and cleaning staff were excellent. The only problem we had were the lights in the room were all unplugged so we had to crawl under the bed to plug them in. The beds are very comfortable, the entire hotel had a feeling of elegance.

Everything was excellent, except for the valet parking. It took an excessive amount of time, twenty five minutes to retrieve the car for two of three times. The hotel refunded the overnight valet parking fee.

I liked the bathroom. It was spacious, clean, and very convenient for several guests. I was not happy with the menus in the eating facilities or the prices.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Diplomat. We were helping watch our granddaughter while her mother was attending a conference. Our granddaughter loved the pools and the beach. So did we. The Hollywood Prime Restaurant was great, too.

They had nice pools. I like the fact that they have a separate pool for the adults. They are in a central location.

We enjoyed our stay. The bar prices were a bit high.

We really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was excellent.
