Excellent

From the room to the dining facilities to the charm of the bartender, we wanted to stay longer than our one night. Walking from the airport into the hotel is a major...

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was extremely convenient. The staff knew that our clients did a lot of business at their hotel, and treated them accordingly.

When I was told that my secretary had booked me at a hotel was in the airport I feared the worst. When arrived, though, I was eating my hat as this Westin was as stylish AND comfortable as the best Westin or Hyatt that I have ever visited. Beds were plush and noise was nearly nil. Overall an excellent experience.

For the short notice that was given to the staff about housing 200+ people, the service was excellent. They did a wonderful job. Also, that was the most comfortable room I have ever stayed. I will stay with Westin again.

Not only the physical location, but the absence of inexpensive treats (fruit bowl in the lounges, for example) made this a more austere experience than Marriott had previously provided. Still quite good, however.

I didn't wind up in the airport, as I had previously, and perhaps I would have looked at a less expensive alternative, had I realized that would be an 'on airport property' as opposed to being 'in the terminal'.
