We look forward to the heavenly beds each time we are scheduled to stay at this hotel.

We visited during the Irish festival. Hotel staff was not very helpful during check-in, even though we had taken the trouble to book a group of rooms in advance, and had communicated with them regularly so that they should have known what to expect. We had intended to treat our adult children to their stay, but hotel staff insisted on getting their credit card info--even though I had ALREADY checked them in and was paying the bill myself. It really put a damper on the beginning of our family vacation. The doors to the balconies didn't open, and the maid staff didn't seem to know who was checking out or staying - they knocked on our door at 8:30 a.m. to service the room!!!

We stay there every year before Christmas. We love the beds and bedding. We enjoy the bars restaurants and shopping. The service is always great.

Great location, good views, beautiful lobby, and comfortable linens took the sting away from the price of this hotel. Unfortunately the balcony doors being bolted shut, getting charged for EVERYTHING extra even after $150 a night (I.E. parking $13 a day, USA today $3, $5 to swim or work out) almost unbelievable. The toilet was extremely dirty under the rim, the A/C would not go below 70 degrees on its max setting. A hole in the wall of the closet also highlighted the bland room. Basically think of a best western or a la quinta with better furniture and nice beds. I would absolutely not return under the same conditions unless I HAD to be extremely close to the shopping, restaurants, or monuments.

The hotel was comfortable throughout my brief stay. Its handicapped bathroom was very well equipped and serviceable. The restaurant was excellent.

It was close to attractions. It was clean, safe and close to shopping.

The Westin Crown Center hotel was a beautiful hotel, actually the most attractive I have ever stayed in. The fact that it is attached to the Crown Center shops and Union Station made it incredibly convenient.

This hotel made me feel inspired: The hotel had a gorgeous terraced garden inside the hotel, complete with green plants and a waterfall. It was breathtaking to look at every day and really made my stay enjoyable in ways that are hard to describe.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Kansas City, with a good swimming pool for kids and good eating and shopping options. The rooms are clean and they seem secure.

They have extremely comfortable and well furnished guest rooms. They also have nice conference facilities.

The staff was very friendly and I really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. However, the quality of the hotel for the price paid was not overly impressive. The hotel did not seem to be much better than Hampton Inn which is where I usually stay.

The location was impressive, the hotel was full for a college newspaper convention, yet still nice. The pool had an impressive tunnel and the outdoor courtyard was fabulous. The garden inside was also impressive. The place was stellar.

I had to call two times each to get three situations resolved. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay. I would recommend staying here, especially if you can get a discount.

I really enjoy staying at the Westin and have stayed here many times when people come to visit. I did not like that our hotel room was not very well lit and it only had one outlet that was capable of being used with the iron. I did like that I was in a corner room and had more space than the other rooms.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I really like the soft beds that they have. Also, there seems to be control over the people entering the building and even with a large event going on, there did not seem to be too many people roaming the halls.

Overall, the room and the service were good. The people were nice and the bed was comfortable. The room service was quick and tasty. I had heard the hotel was nice, so I expected these things, but I was pleased.

I liked the great central location, the nice meeting rooms with complementary wi-fi availability. The view from the rooms was great.

The hotel was nice, but a construction was going on at the time and it was difficult to navigate. The shops in the complex closed too early and I was not able to enjoy the full experience.
