The only problem is that the elevators were extremely slow and it caused me to be late to a meeting. We had to take a service elevator.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Their employees treated me with respect and met my needs when asked. Very knowledgeable with directions and the entire city.

The bathroom had an unflushed toilet upon check-in; the pool and health club were closed--there was no advance warning of this (no notation on the Westin website). My bill had been prepaid, but at check-out, the prepayment was not reflected in the bill.
