I liked the hotel's efficient staff, but their Heavenly Layer bed is not 'heavenly' for all. The restaurants and bars were modern and entertaining.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It's in an excellent location for tourists. It has great beds.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: We had a big suite that had enough room for our family of four. The beds really are great. We also liked the workout room, pool and restaurant a lot. However, we were traveling on a family rate so we were paying very little for a great hotel. I'm not sure we would have felt the same if paying the normal rate.

The Westin is in a great location convenient to everything. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Dining at the Palms was a very pleasant experience.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was very cordial and made you feel right at home. The rooms were lovely and spacious.

The staff did not seem exceptionally knowledgeable about the area. The lighting in the room was rather dark. The bathroom had mold in it. The glasses were not replaced daily. The bill was not correctly done. The hotel's location was close to everything, and the views could be good, depending on what you paid for the room.

We had reserved a suite, and were given a key and went right up. The room was merely a room with two double beds, not a suite with two double beds and a pull-out couch and living room area as described. The woman at the front desk said that it was a suite, but if we weren't happy with it, she'd find us something else. She said there was another suite that wasn't clean yet, so we accepted that one and came back after going out for dinner to get the keys to the new room. She called to confirm with housekeeping that the room was ready and then gave us the keys. When we opened the door, there were other people in the room!! We quickly closed the door and went back down to the front desk. They finally got us the right room and said they would send us up a cheese and wine platter as an apology, and also they'd send a cot up for us. We sat in the room waiting for another hour to get the stupid cheese platter and (more important) the cot. Meanwhile, we were unable to use the hotel pool.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable the stay was. It is a large hotel and I attended when a convention was going on when it could have been quite hectic and details overlooked, but the staff was very friendly and attentive.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: They had a nice seating area in the lobby that was a relaxing, nicely lit place to rest. I also thought the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated which lent itself to a relaxing atmosphere.
