It is a great hotel with a great staff.

The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and landmarks. The shops in the hotel had great souvenirs. The room was very comfortable and clean. The shower also had hot water ready in seconds.

Nicest hotel in Copley. This hotel is literally in a shopping mall (Copley Place). You can walk out of the hotel and right into a great shopping area. They have a bar and restaurant right there, so you can have a drink and some food and people watch. The rooms were nice, modern, and the location was solid, as it's right in the middle of Copley. It's a bit of a walk to Fanieul Hall, but the T is right there. Good center spot for exploring the town.

They were the most comfortable beds and bedding I have ever slept in and the hotel is in a great location.

The Copley Westin is a perfect location for sightseeing and shopping in Boston's prestigious Back Bay. The hotel's renovations have given it a "contemporary classic" style, comfortable and refined. While the concierge steers you to very popular restaurants, they do pick the better ones of them. I recommend staying here when visiting Boston.

Here’s a secret: If you get a room facing the Charles on a high floor, you can have a great view of the 4th of July fireworks.
