They were very friendly to our convention, which made us certain to come back year after year.

This hotel made me feel secure: It was a very safe feeling environment and the staff was very trustworthy.

I love the concierge level and the cocktail hour in the evening. The gym could use an upgrade.

It was a very nice hotel except the shuttle driver that was supposed to take us around town was very rude.

This hotel made me feel excited: There was a lot to do and see in the hotel.

I am very likely to return to the The Westin Convention Center Pittsburgh.

The room was filthy. The broken lamp and bathroom mirror never got fixed or replaced despite many requests. Finally I was offered one thousand Starpoints as compensation for the crummy room, but they never posted them to my account.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Westin Convention Center Pittsburgh.
