Our stay was very pleasant. Except for two glitches and the fact that the hotel restaurant was not open. We were totally content with the hotel and its personnel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: We had a larger than expected room with a bed you could get lost in. The bathroom had a dual head massage shower. The overall experience was most satisfying.

I liked the location as it was close to the Chiquita building. However when I lost my iPod, they were not very sensitive to my loss and they were not very responsive in trying to help me find it.

The hotel had a professional staff and it was clean. I liked the high quality rooms and the excellent pool and work out facilities. I enjoyed the good central location. The hotel restaurant was too expensive. The parking fees for rental vehicle were too high. There should be more restaurants to choose from.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were well appointed and the bed was excellent. The hotel was secure.

It was a decent location, good if you wanted to go to sporting events. The beds were great and the room service was pretty good. However, it would be better if there were more restaurants around the area that did not close too early in the afternoon.

This hotel made me feel important: I like being able to have room service and the guy who delivered it to me remembered me from a couple of nights earlier. Also, I like getting a paper in the morning and not having to be charged for everything like a bottle of water or coffee in the morning.

I thought this was a nice hotel. But I think it will be even better once they complete their renovation.

I was there for a funeral, and it was a good stay.

They had the best mattress on a bed I've ever felt.

Westin Cincinnati is a beautiful, well-maintained facility, with friendly staff; and good food.

I love the WestinWorkout rooms, and the hotel room has a fitness bike in it for private workouts. I love the bed. However, they could do better with television programming. And there's no free Wi-Fi! That is unfortunate.

Fantastic room and even better view. This is the luxury hotel to stay in when you're in Cinci.

Westin Cincinnati is a fabulous hotel. I have stayed with them for several years now in the month of Sept. when visit for a local festival. They are always welcoming and very accommodating.

Other than having very comfortable beds, this hotel stay was much like any other.
