46 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was located next to the convention center, however it wasn't convenient to access our meetings. The nearby tourist area is quaint, with a variety of shops and restaurants to make up for the lack of food options at the hotel. Tourists should ask the concierge for a list of delivery places because the menu selection at the main on-site restaurant is limited.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The desk and wait staffs were very accommodating. The technology staff was patient in helping me to get the internet connection up and running in my hotel room.

The staff was overly friendly, from housekeeping to front desk to the servers in the restaurant. The location is good, within walking distance to many restaurants and bars downtown.
This hotel made me feel welcome: All the staff was well trained and very helpful. I was working an event there, and one of the staff actually made and brought me one of her favorite smoothies from the coffee bar.

The staff was nice. The only issue I had was with airline miles. I never received them and after several attempts I gave up.

This is a great hotel. The workout facility is as good as I have seen. The restaurant is wonderful. The rooms are nicely appointed and the 'Heavenly Bed' is my favorite.

The $2.00 per call charge for calling a toll-free number from the room phone is outrageous!

I didn’t like the bad service in the hotel restaurant (Ember) and it was a little pricey. The hotel is in a good location and the beds are wonderful. It's a beautiful hotel.

The hotel was really nice. My only problem is that they should not charge for parking. Also, the bar should be separate from the dining area.

My daughter and I were guests of Miller Lite during the Lowe Interenational Speedway NASCAR race weekend. This hotel was awesome. The drawbacks I believe are the fact that there was no "quick" way to have a decent breakfast and there are no nearby fast service restaurants offering breakfast. The hotel could also use snack and pop machines on each floor.
