We had requested a room with two beds. We got a room with one bed. They brought in a cot, then we did not have any room to walk around the room. The phone did not work in the room and the toilet was clogged when we checked in.
I really liked the hotel. I thought that it was a very nice atmosphere. The staff was exceptional.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: It was a pretty fancy hotel and they made me feel important.
Everything was great except our toilet continuously stopped working.
Stayed at the downtown Westin. I always enjoy the Westin chain as they have nice rooms and awesome beds. The Charlotte location has a great little pastry stand in the lobby. It serves Starbucks and makes them better than a regular Starbucks and it also has better pastry options. Try it on your way out for a morning walk downtown.
The restaurant was too pricy and not very good food.
Parking was expensive and confusing. I saw several near-hits while in the parking garage.
It’s an excellent location, bar, and restaurant. The parking garage is very tight. I don't like the extra charge for parking in the garage.
It’s a great location and has an excellent view.
This hotel made me feel respected: I received a Preferred Member check-in and floor.
It’s a great downtown location close to everything. I was there for business and the facility was great. The staff was friendly.
This hotel made me feel pampered: I liked the robe in the bathroom and the soft cushy bedding.
I loved the hotel. It was great after they got me into a room with a king size bed, instead of two doubles.
This hotel made me feel welcome: All the staff was very positive about the facility. They made the necessary change with flare. I would go back at any time.
I didn't like that use of the business center to print out an airline boarding pass cost almost six dollars to access the internet, and sixty-nine cents to print out the pass.
We had asked for a room with two double beds and had reserved it with a credit card. When we got there we had to get a king size bed with a cot. That was totally unacceptable. Also, the toilet was stopped up and the phone didn't work when we got to the room.
They have wonderful customer and room service. It is a real pleasure to deal with them. I love the complimentary bottles of water. The showers and the beds are truly heavenly.
The hotel was very accommodating.
The hotel is very clean. We have stayed at several different named hotels and this one is very average. It’s a little overpriced for your average hotel!
It’s a very nice hotel. I would consider living in the Weston for any extended stay.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was a quiet hotel.
I disliked having to pay for all the meals. I had a stocked refrigerator but there were high prices for all included in the refrigerator. There was no way to schedule messages. I disliked having to pay to use the pool, the workout room, as the price to stay was expensive enough. They even charge for the newspaper they leave in the morning. I disliked having to call three times and then finally going down to get the price list for the refrigerator items. The cost to purchase food in the place was incredibly high and nowhere near competitive to even the upscale restaurants surrounding the hotel. But the bed was comfortable.
Everything was awesome, the service, the food, the room and the great bed!
The room was most comfortable and the bed was fabulous.
This hotel made me feel content: The room was above average. The common areas were beautifully appointed as well.
My room was very comfortable, especially the bed. It had a wonderful shower.
This hotel made me feel important: The Westin made me feel special by providing luxurious accommodations, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
