Perfect location for conventions and World Trade-affiliated businesspeople, or anyone else looking for high-end accommodations. Beautiful furnishings and well-appointed rooms provide a sense of relaxation and ease. Wireless Internet access is free throughout the hotel, and the entire hotel is non-smoking. The full fitness center has exercise machines as well as a pool, sauna and whirlpool. Three dining options as well as 24-hour room service are available. Quick drive into Boston for sightseeing, shopping and nightlife.

LOVE: This hotel is aesthetically GORGEOUS, it's in a fabulous location, and the staff is extremely nice and professional.

DON'T LOVE: The room cleanliness leaves something to be desired, and like other Westins, the the bed sheets are extremely rough. You can also hear a lot of what is going on in the hallways and feel your neighbors' doors slam when they close. Don't order the room service. While the service is excellent, the quality could use some improvement.

26 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

After traveling to Boston on 3 different occasions and staying at the Westin Copeley Square once and Boston Waterfront twice, I have to say Westin Hotels are really starting to separate themselves from the low budget/ business travel hotels. Traveling with a Government discount yielded me a six night stay at approx $168 a night after taxes bringing the total to almost $200 bucks. I have to say that it is worth every penny! On both of my trips my standard deluxe room facing north Boston was sold out and instead of sticking me in a handicap or double bed room both times my stay was upgraded. The first time to a Suite which goes for about $700 bucks a night in Boston and the second time a workout room facing downtown Boston with just a magnificent view.

The rooms are very clean and I found the smell of the hotel lobby to be one of the best smelling buildings that I have had the pleasure walking into in a long time. Not to mention the atmosphere which includes burning candles, softly playing music, dim lighting all of which turning the Westin Lobby into just a pleasure to walk through. The ambiance was great and all the staff including the bellboys were truly pleasant. I would recommend this hotel definitely for anyone who wants to stay in Boston and does not mind having to take a cab or subway into the city. I found that a trip downtown in a taxi averaged out around $9 dollars a trip making downtown Boston and the financial district very accessible at a reasonable rate. The convention center next door makes for some very interesting company during your stay as I had a pleasure of participating in a Marine Reunion and a Healthcare summit. I made many friends during the course of my stay.

I am very likely to return to the The Westin Boston Waterfront.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was fine for us. There is not much surrounding the hotel. We always felt safe even when walking back after dinner, but a single woman might not. They have great rooms, great beds and a very nice staff!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They have a nice lobby to sit and read paper if desired. The room was comfortable with plenty of pillows.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Westin Boston Waterfront.
I might recommend it to friends.

Their valet parking service was overpriced, and the service was slow.

The room cleaning was inadequate

"All No Smoking" means that guests are always outside, smoking near entrances. Since management refuses to provide ash trays, cigarette butts are littered everywhere.

There are no nearby restaurants available, and the in-hotel restaurant was very expensive.

The hotel is situated in a heavy construction area, a very poor location.

I am not likely to return to the The Westin Boston Waterfront.
I would not recommend it to friends.
