The valet parking was part of the accommodations. When I arrived the parking garage was full and I had to park my car across the street and pay for the parking again.

I have stayed in the Westin before (in Seattle and San Francisco) and I had very pleasurable visits. I requested this room because of the past comfort and luxurious facilities that were provided. I was ill and tremendously uncomfortable.

This hotel made me feel practical: The room I was staying in was very practical - not luxurious or elegant. It was equivalent to many two-three star hotels/motels I have stayed in.

This hotel made me feel entertained: I liked the rotating lounge, the variety of food.

This hotel made me feel hip: There was a lot of fun restaurants in the hotel.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was only one entrance and exit, a person was checking the floors and making sure you were supposed to be there.

The reason I put a negative response on safety was due to the homeless people generally walking past the front of the hotel. On multiple occasions while standing outside I was approached by the homeless people.

This hotel made me feel important: I was with a large group having a conference there and the staff assisting us were exceptionally helpful and pleasant and made us feel very important.

Was staying at the Westin for the Olympic torch relay. I was a torchbearer during the recent Olympic torch relay in Los Angeles. It was an opportunity of a lifetime.. I think it was a great choice of hotels for this memorable event. The lobby was fantastic

The room was beautiful, and so was the view from the tower. The food in the restaurant was wonderful, all the staff was very helpful. Our experience there was great.

This hotel made me feel excited: It was a very nice hotel for the price in downtown LA it was an exciting place.
