It is a beautiful, metropolitan hotel with shopping, restaurants contained on the property -- lots of fun.
This hotel made me feel pampered: The amenities such as the lounging robes furnished in the room impressed me. The large room and beautiful white comforter on the bed and lots of pillows made me feel very cozy and pampered.

The Westin in LA has always been great to me. I go there before major surgeries which I have at least 3 or 4 a year. They are very friendly and go the extra mile. Give us the heavenly bed even though we are on a very discounted hospital rate.
This hotel made me feel important: I stay there at least 6 times a year and alot of the time they will bring me special things. Cheese trays or 12 pack of bottled water. Always something extra. Always a heavenly bed. Even thought I am there on a special hospital rate they still go out of their way to help me.

I needed light to study and I couldn't unplug the lamps to move them to the table. I didn't want a stranger coming to my room to fix it plus they probably wouldn't understand English anyway. The front desk clerks were a joke.
