I liked the beds. They were very comfortable. My only problem was finding my way into the parking garage. The one-way streets were a little confusing and we missed it at least once every time we went back to the hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: My room had great mattresses and bedding. We got a very good night sleep.

The Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles, CA was a bit difficult to locate for a first-time visitor of Los Angeles like me. It employed courteous staff and had an extremely attractive design and decor, both inside and out. I liked the glass elevators, which were very quick. My room was very comfortable and the hotel room service and cleaning service were expedient and efficient. I also liked that there was indoor track and gym equipment.

This hotel made me feel hip: With the good treatment I was receiving, I felt like a very important person who was being waited on hand and foot by the staff. I felt like royalty.

The beds and shower were great. My room was very small for two people who were not in love. The service express staff was fast, friendly and fantastic. The dinner at the steakhouse was terrible for the cost. The service was extremely slow, haphazard, had to beg someone to give us water. One of the dishes made us all sick the next day.

I loved those glass elevators. I also loved the location. The hotel was famous, and I have always thought the design to be exquisitely unique. I have stayed there many times and have always been impressed with the hospitality services in all aspects. Never have I experienced a problem. I was not crazy about the new Japanese restaurant. The biggest reason was, it was so Americanized. Being a mere three blocks from Japan town, I think they should have had a much more authentic menu, atmosphere and personnel. Only the sushi chef was actually Japanese, but did not speak the language. As I was there to take part in the JPLT exams administered by the Ministry of Education of Japan, I was hoping to get some practice in. But did not get it. My only advice would be to those traveling with a car in tow. The parking downtown will bankrupt even a Trump, and quite the inconvenience. If you need to be somewhere, plan on asking for your car's retrieval about an hour before you need to leave. They close their pool for all but the summer months. They do, however, have an unbelievable amount of sports equipment. A word of caution to those who wish to workout, everything was very public so shyness was not an option.

This hotel made me feel hip: It was the Bonaventure. Everywhere you went on the grounds it had been used in a film. I loved the round rooms as well.

The Westin Bonaventure is a beautiful and excellent hotel to stay in whether it is for leisure or business, as it is conveniently located in downtown Los Angeles. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous as the rooms are very clean and accomodating. When staying at the hotel, I recommend visiting the lounge on the very top floor. The lounge actually moves, as it rotates very slowly in a complete circle, allowing you to see all of Los Angeles from your seat. I would reccommend anyone to stay at the Westin Bonaventure when visiting the Los Angeles area.

Touted as one of the nicest hotels in downtown, the Westin does not disappoint. The service is great and who can beat those beds... the best around. Be sure to valet.

There were problems with dividing the bill between two parties at check out.

It was in a good location. I enjoyed having the different restaurants and shops in the hotel.

It's an expensive place to stay. I made the reservation using an employee discount.

I love this hotel. The architecture is very interesting, the food is great. The beds are incredibly comfortable.

The location was great, right in the middle of downtown. It was very nice on the inside, and I also thought it was cool that tons of movies had been shot on location there, such as "In the Line of Fire." The lobby looks great and the pillows and bed spread are very comfortable. The elevators and lobby were very aesthetically pleasing. The only problem I had was that when I wanted room service they never picked up. Maybe it was the amount of people at the Hotel because it was booked solid. Also, the bartender didn't make the best drinks, and wasn't all that knowledgeable about what I wanted. Valet is $25 a day so be prepared for that if you're driving. Overall I had a very pleasant stay at the Westin, and would definitely go back.

The room was on the small side. The space for hanging clothes was limited.

The location and the hotels such were great. It had a great view and easy accessibility to tourist attractions and public transport. The staff could have been friendlier and more forthcoming. The hotel should have the ability to provide at least some more features like free Internet and free local calls.

An employee was unable to check in the room that had his name attached and was sitting in the lobby for hours waiting for me to arrive. When I arrived they had no problem finding his reservation!

The hotel is in a good location. I liked the great window in the room with a view. The room was smaller than expected for the price.

The room decor and furniture are high quality, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The lobby was incredibly noisy, however, mainly from water features.

This hotel made me feel inspired: The building itself is inspiring, evoking positive feelings and expectations for the coming day.

This trip was for a government conference and they did an excellent job of filling our needs.

We liked hotel but had difficulty finding our way around at first. It took time to get oriented due to the configuration of the building. Having to switch elevators to get to certain floors added to the confusion. Otherwise, we had no complaints.
