Good
Good stay -- quiet even though in a busy area. Would like to have breakfast choices in the Hotel (along with explanation of neighboring restaurants). Staff were extremely helpful.
pros: great, helpful stuff, location, quietI've been visting Seattle a lot lately, and I always stay at Westin Bellevue. Their service, rooms and location are exceptional! I travel a lot and there isn't many hotels that simply have nothing to...

Where to begin? 3 tables didn't get their dinners. Bartenders showed up late. A/V team totally underdelivered. AND the service fee increased from 18% to 21% in only one year. Banquets and parties...STAY AWAY!

31 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My husband and I and our two year old son stayed at this hotel - in a standard king - which was the size of a regular hotel room - and it was $199/night for a Saturday night. They advertise wall to wall windows, which we did get, but it was overlooking the top of another building:-(
A definite PLUS was that you are surrounded by restaurants and shopping - so you don't have to order room service, which was a bit pricey. We ordered takeout from the cheesecake factory across the street and they had our food ready in minutes! And they have a delicious sunday breakfast menu:-)
Now back to the hotel - OUR BIG PROBLEM started around 10:30pm, when our neighbors came back from a night of who knows what. If we didn't have our son with us or wanted a good night's sleep, we normally wouldn't mind the party next door. That room had to have had at least ten people, including teenagers and small kids. The wall by our heads was SO thin, that we could hear every word, every scream, every laugh! After about a half an hour of listening to them jump up and down on the beds, we called down to the front desk - and he told me he would take care of it. The obnoxious neighbors continued, so I called down again and spoke to a lady and she told me she would have the manager go up there to talk to them. The manager must have come up at some point as it got very quiet and we fell back asleep. About an hour later (12:30am), we hear the same neighbors slam their door open - so they didn't actually quiet down - they had just left for an hour. They were actually louder this time - as if to prove a point. I was so upset at this point, I got out of bed and went downstairs to the front desk in my pajamas. They were obviously shocked to see me in my pajamas and asked if I needed help. I told them I needed to speak to the manager right away. The manager was there, also helping a couple check in and heard that I needed to speak to him. I waited patiently for him to finish - and then he went to the back office - NEVER to return! I waited almost a half an hour in my pajamas at the front desk of this hotel. The lady working the front desk kept telling me that he'll be with me in a minute and that he knows I'm waiting, but that he was on the phone. At that point, I felt so humiliated and disrespected that I left to go back up to our room. I heard security knocking on their door a few minutes later - and it actually got quiet at that point. The next morning, I went down to the front desk to speak to the day manager. He listened to me, he couldn't explain why the night manager had ignored us, but he apologized and said that the hotel had had a rough night and reversed our hotel room charges. In the future, we will not stay at this hotel as the walls our too thin and a good night's sleep is impossible - especially when traveling with small kids.

The venue and location is nice, but the management is not vendor friendly. If you are bringing in outside entertainment, you might consider looking elsewhere.

I have stayed at this Westin several times since their opening last year. I like the convenience to shopping and dining. The rooms we stayed in all had outstanding views and were very relaxing.
It was very restful.
I am very likely
to return to the The Westin Bellevue.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
