The Westin Bellevue Hotel - Page 2

I have stayed at this Westin several times since their opening last year. I like the convenience to shopping and dining. The rooms we stayed in all had outstanding views and were very relaxing.

This hotel made me feel content: It was very restful.

This is a brand new hotel. The staff is friendly. I asked to get a room on a higher floor and they gave me a great view on the top floor. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The showers has great water pressure (a pet peeve of mine), the gym is new. Although it wasn’t cheap, I will definitely stay here again.

The only problem we encountered was that we had no hot water in the shower and the bathtub. But, since they had just opened we had expected that there would be a few glitches to be worked out. The location, the comfort and the service were outstanding!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The bed and the linens were very luxurious.

I thought it was overpriced for the experience. The rooms were nice, but not for twice the cost of other hotels. I will likely stay elsewhere next time.

The front desk service was excellent. My travel agency had me booked for a week with three different reservations, which would have required checking in and out multiple times. The front desk agent was able to resolve the issue so that I only had to check in once. The room service staff was very friendly and accommodating. Of course, the bed was amazingly comfortable. The flat screen TV was a nice touch, too.
