We were impressed with the comfort of the room especially the quality of bedding, pillows (variety), mattress etc.
This hotel made me feel entertained: In connection with the family celebration a hospitality room was provided with lounge area and tv; exercise abd pool areas were offered in adjoining building.

Westin keeps in good touch after making reservation by e-mail reminding you of confirmation number, penalty for early check out etc. Very nice hotel property.
This hotel made me feel pampered: Attentive wait staff, maids, and front desk help. Everyone pleasant and informed.

It was a very nice experience. The price was higher than would crae to pay but wasn't paying so it was worth it. The girl who made my reservation raised her voice at me and then transerred me to someone in dublin which didn't like but when calle.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was lovely and the sheets, comforter, and robe were extremely soft. I didn't want to get out of the bed! the double shower heads were different and made my shower heavenly. Environment was classy and exquisite. Check in was quick, no issues. I w.

The staff was incredibly nice. My room was wonderful and the amenities are a nice touch. This was a super property and plan on returning.
