The beds are the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Several of the staff at this hotel were rude and hateful with us and did not want to help us. The comfort was excellent but the service was lousy!

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The shower had a good strong spray and plenty of hot water. The robes they provided us with were quite cozy and warm.

It’s in a convenient location. It’s in a quiet and attractive setting. They have a courteous and helpful staff. They have large and comfortable rooms. The lighting and internet connections could have been better. It was a bit pricey for this level.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They offered to make dinner reservations at check in. They were very accommodating to food allergies in the restaurant.

I normally love staying at Westin hotels. However, the Atlanta North location's room service was terrible. Everything else was as expected from a Westin hotel.

It was located close to my client site. My past three stays at this location have been in rooms across from the elevators. As a Platinum member I would have hoped for a room away from the noise of the elevators. There were no free water bottles for Platinum members in their room.

The heavenly bed and the shower were great.

The hotel's location was nice, but the staff was quite poor. They were inattentive and barely willing to help. Also, I have had billing problems on two of my last three stays there.

The hotel is located off the beaten path and you have to travel about two hours from the Atlanta Airport, unless you come in directly with a taxicab, which is very expensive. It needs a direct shuttle bus for the bigger conferences like the one we had. There was no access to snacks in the gift shop nor beverage machines and the in-room wet bar charged so much for soft drinks and candy.

This hotel made me feel elegant: It had a private lake. It had in-room computer access equipment, so I could hook up my laptop.

It's a clean and hip hotel with good service.

It was nothing special. I had to request that the beds be remade with hypoallergenic items even though this was requested ahead.

The room was fine, but the alarm clock did not work. I reported it to the front desk at 8 AM. But when I arrived back in the room at 5 PM, it still had not been replaced. I called the front desk again and an employee came within minutes and handed me another clock but did not ensure that it worked. It didn't. Upon further investigation on my part, I found out that it was not the clock but the connection behind the bed which did not work. I had to place clock on desk on the other side of the room to use.

Some inefficiency in getting the bellhop to pick up shoes for a shine.

The outside and lobby areas were gorgeous. The room was just small and not impressive.
