The Westin Atlanta North Hotel

This is a real class operation. Everything is done in a very professional way. The valet parking is too expensive. Two charges appeared on my bill but it was corrected immediately.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The employees addressed me by name. The bar help treated me as if I were a quest every week. The hotel was immaculate.

It was a little difficult to get to, but it was quite comfortable.

The hotel was away from everything. Also it was in an area where the stores were closed or for rent. One needed a car to stay there.

It's in a convenient location. It's in a quiet and attractive setting. They have a courteous and helpful staff. They have large and comfortable rooms. The lighting and internet connections could have been better. It was a bit pricey for this level.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They offered to make dinner reservations at check in. They were very accommodating to food allergies in the restaurant.

The beds are the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Several of the staff at this hotel were rude and hateful with us and did not want to help us. The comfort was excellent but the service was lousy!

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The shower had a good strong spray and plenty of hot water. The robes they provided us with were quite cozy and warm.
