Good

This is a big motel complex on the South side of Ashland. You're far away from anything touristy, but the rooms and pools are nice, plus there's good airport service. Big banquet rooms here, too, which are perfect for dinners and fundraiser events.

Okay
66 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

If it is called Windmill , it should have a windmill. There was too much security to get into the buildings. I had to use the key to go in and out of every building. It was rather annoying.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Village Suites at Ashland Hills.
I might recommend it to friends.

68 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was a convenient location, immediately off the I-5 freeway. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was pleasant.

I am very likely to return to the The Village Suites at Ashland Hills.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Lovely setting, lovely landscaping. Our room was on 1st floor and quite spacious with 2 queen bds. Lots of room. Very clean. Friendly staff. Pool is not heated--beware! Lost an earring during evening swim and next morning I checked at desk. Luckily...

Okay
57 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

A few hours after leaving I realized I had left my camera in the room on the chair in the corner. I immediately called the reception person... "nothing was turned in but I'll leave a note". I called back a few minutes later to say I would pay a reward for my camera's return... this receptionist started the whole process again.

It is evident that the person that cleaned the room either found & kept my camera or didn't clean all that well (like the used coffee supply package left behind) & the next guest did find & keep my camera.

The "customer service" person suggested that I contact the Ashland Police Department & have them give the staff of the Inn polygraph tests. Oh my, what's my time worth?

I did find, on the return trip, the BEST WESTERN WINDSOR INN directly across the street had larger rooms, a better breakfast offering & was less expensive... that would be the silver lining of this trip.

Mediocre
41 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

There were no on site restaurants or bars. There was only one air conditioning unit in the suite rooms and the location was out of way from downtown.

I am not likely to return to the The Village Suites at Ashland Hills.
I would not recommend it to friends.
