We had a suite from high up, with a view of the Pirate ship. The room had been over hyped to me by many people. It had a nice glass-walled shower. It also had a medium large sunken living room. I did not spend much time in the room, so I would stay in a less expensive room next time.

It was a spectacular experience. I was awe struck at the level of elegance and functionality of the place.

It was just wonderful. All rooms are suites with an Italian decor. It had two TVs and a great bathroom. It is five stars.

This hotel made me feel hip: Every employee I had contact was great. They made me feel like a VIP. From the person who cleaned the ashtrays to the desk people.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. Everything was clean. It is convenient.

Overindulgence is par for the course. The Venetian Hotel is very beautiful and romantic however the clientele staying at the Venetian have huge attitudes. I'm not expecting people to be overly friendly but when you're visiting Las Vegas you'd expect people to have a good time attitude. It seemed like people staying here were all uptight. If you're looking for rude and snobby this is your place!

Everything was great, except the availability of the gym facilities. I think complimentary use of the gym should be included with any stay.

Posh Hotel, Snooty Guests. Great place to stay! The rooms are very large with pedestal beds, sunken living rooms, and some have multiple bathrooms... Definitely makes you feel like you are in a high roller suite! Also, the casino is a great place to gamble. The dealers are extremely helpful.

It was a very nice hotel just a little overpriced.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The turn down service was very nice. Of course they did the usual with the chocolates and ice. But, they took the stuffed animal I brought and posed him each night, it was too cute!

What a great time. First time I visited the Venetian I was shocked by the opulence. Seven stays later and I'm still surprised by the immaculate detail in this hotel. From richly detailed murals to the amazing ceilings and beautiful sculptures, you know you've entered a building very close to what Venetians consider heaven. The hotel offers the best options in Vegas for 24-hour dining (in my opinion) - Grand Lux Cafe (a nicer version of the Cheesecake Factory but totally casual) and a 24-hour Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Room service is stellar and includes a healthy selection from the Grand Lux menu. Grand Canal Shoppes are open late and offer a little something for everyone. Be sure to ask for a Shoppes "passport" when you check in - it's a discount book that seems to be included in some packages but not others, although every time we've asked for one we've received it. Some really great discounts - on one trip we saved $420 using that book! I will say, if given the opportunity to "upgrade" to the Venezia tower, that you save your money. Not only is it a MUCH further walk to actually get to the rooms, but short of a few extra decor items on the walls and a green room key vs. red, I didn't really see a difference -other than the turn-down service. A crisp, precise turndown complete with gourmet chocolates on the pillows, so even going to bed in their heavily-draped beds is a treat. (Yes, some of us DO like to sleep while in Vegas.) If you don't care about someone pulling down your sheets for you or leaving chocolate next to your head, again - save the money. You'll be much happier in the Venetian tower and a lot closer to the majority of shopping and dining options the hotel has to offer.

It's a beautiful hotel if you are into the whole Las Vegas thing. It's very expensive and there are not a lot of extra amenities for the price

I loved the hotel. The room was big and modern looking. There were two beds and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom was very clean and nice. I liked the atmosphere, the theme of the hotel and the shops and the restaurant. Everyone was very pleasant and nice.

It took over one hour to get our baggage from the room to down stairs and to get our car from the valet service at check-out time.
