I was speechless, this hotel is amazing and wonderful. I loved staying there.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I had nothing to worry about. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

It is elegant, comfortable, and pleasing.

Their service was horrible! We were in a handicap-accessible room and the bathroom door was extremely hard to open and close, and the doorknob came off when my disabled sister tried to close the bathroom door and she fell to the floor in result of that and ended up going to ER.

So when we let the hotel management office know about the situation, they were so unapologetic, they demanded us to pay if we had to stay longer due to the injury. Just unbelievable!

It had a good atmosphere.

It's just the best, classiest place to stay.

Feel Like A High Roller in Las Vegas. WOW, What can I say, I have been to Vegas many times and stayed at most of the top hotels, this was the first time I had stayed at the Venetion and I'd go back anytime. The only problem I/we had while we were there is the valet parking. Collecting your car takes about 20 mins which is not on a par with any of the other hotels on the strip. The main problem is the TAXIS and people not being there when their car is delivered. If there not there take it away and not block spaces for other cars to be deliveried. At the other hotels they make guests feel like their special.

My suite was large, well furnished and surprisingly affordable. The hotel itself is huge, which really isn't my thing. But if you like big, bold and beautiful hotels with gambling, you'll like the Venetian. If you like smaller hotels, this isn't the one for you.

The Venezia Tower is a two-year-old addition to the 7 year old Venetian hotel, and has a higher caliber of service and amenities than the main Venetian. I didn't really check out the rest of the hotel, so this review is about the Venezia Tower mainly. I found it to be a great value for a high end experience.

You enter the tower via a separate elevator off the lobby. At the 10th floor, there is a separate concierge, outdoor pool garden and the Bouchon restaurant which is great (I had been to the one in Napa Valley and loved it.) This 10th floor also connected to the main hotel via a skybridge. One gripe is that from the 10th floor, you have to walk about 50 yards to a second set of elevators to get to the rooms.

I was very impressed with the decor, both in the common areas, and in the rooms, which were spacious and nicely appointed. The rooms were very spacious with a sunken living room separated from the beds. The view out the window could have been better (it was of a parking lot). The shower in particular was top notch.

In the morning, the bellman were very helpful in getting me a taxi to the airport, which took about 10 minutes and cost $15.

Overall, this is a very luxurious, 5 star resort for a value price (our suite was $160 including tax). I'll go back again for sure.

They have a very friendly staff. The rooms are all suites so you get more room for the money. It's in a fairly convenient location. I saw the Phantom which was excellent.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The bellman greeted us in a very friendly way and ushered us over to the VIP check in since there was no wait there and the other lines were backed up. They upgraded our room. When we lost our room number, the bellman again ushered us over to the front of the line and had the reservation agent look up our number.

It is just like being at home in their suites. It is very relaxing.

We had many issues from being checked in incorrectly but the hotel was great about fixing the problem.

It is a great hotel, with a great staff, a great restaurant and a casino. It was great in every aspect.

It was a gorgeous hotel. I disliked the fact that the rooms were located a great distance from the casino floor and restaurants. It took at least ten minutes to walk from the room to the hotel activities.

This hotel made me feel pampered: There was a gift fruit basket from my personal casino host in the room. I got top-notch service in all areas of the hotel and the food at the restaurants was exceptional.

It was a great place to stay and well located. I would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: We were pampered. It was exclusive, we stayed in concierge suites.

We had a suite from high up, with a view of the Pirate ship. The room had been over hyped to me by many people. It had a nice glass-walled shower. It also had a medium large sunken living room. I did not spend much time in the room, so I would stay in a less expensive room next time.
