This hotel is the most beautiful hotel that I have ever stayed at. Words cannot describe the beauty of this hotel. The best thing about it would be the Gondola boat rides and the wonderful shops and restaurants inside!

It is a great hotel. However, it is too large, too crowded and the access to cabs is too slow. The service on TV was somewhat slow, but acceptable. The suite was well appointed and well maintained as well as comfortable.

They have the least expensive rooms were as nice as we have experienced at Ritz Carlton hotels around the world. They have an amazing selection and quality of restaurants and the Canyon Ranch Spa is top notch.

The location was excellent, as were the room amenities. The phone reservation person at the hotel was rude. The food was average. The casino met expectations.
