Official Hotel Information
2009 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel has great potential since its located right in Beverly Hills, has some terrific views and some interesting rooms. But unfortunately, i am just giving a passing mark.
You feel first that its due for a reno. The TV is one of those 20inch late 1980s model. It wasnt working when I got in, called at least 4 times, finally was working the second day. So maintenance is not good. The people at the front desk were very nice and professionnal. Also the room has some character, but would need some fixing up. I had a great corner room with huge windows on both sides but the bulky armoire for the TV was blocking part of the view.
The common rooms downstairs are very nice. The bkfast room upstairs has an awesome 360 degree panorama but totally underused. the bkfast was very ordinary.
Bottom line; it has some going for it, but not worth the money. Other small hotels in beverly hills may be better or close to West Hollywood (if travelling for leisure).

Okay
The hotel is really old and it shows in the guest rooms. The lobby and facilities look totally renovated, but that failed to translate in the guest rooms. Our particular room looked like a Victoria's Secret changing room with the pink and white...

I loved the location. I loved the view. You have to pay $26 a night for parking and there are no other options. Great location within walking distance to many shops and museums. Beds are a little rough, too soft. The rooms are nicely done, but aging...
Staff was friendly.Just wasn't 4 star, nice but kind of worn. I had a great stay but didn't feel that it was a 4 star hotel, perfectly nice but not that extra luxury. Also, the pool was not available.

Mediocre
Just returned from a week's stay at the Tower, and was extremely disappointed that I chose to stay at this hotel. I found the staff at the front desk not only surly, but not up to speed on any activities or excursions that we inquired about. Poorly...

Great staff, terrific location, great view. Some furnishings getting a bit worn. This was an ideal place to stay for a 1st time traveler to LA. Great location, easy to find, very helpful staff, and very attentive (if not a bit pricey) Valet service....

The hotel was fresh and fun and funky and in a great location for our needs.Did not like that the hotel was not in walking distance to any restaurants or coffee shops. The tower hotel is bright and funky and has a shabby chic decor in the rooms,...

It was a clean, safe, nice hotel within my price range. This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 3 star, very quiet area, not much going on Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and nice. Beds were comfortable. Not a 4 star, more like a 3 star hotel....
