If you are looking for a "nice room" to stay, find a Holiday inn Express. Booked this hotel for a romantic getaway and was disappointed all the way around. Small rooms, poor service with even worse customer service when trying to rectify an issue we had - no hot water. I am not sure where the "luxury" status comes in on this hotel either. Great restaurant but I question how they were washing dishes when there was no hot water for several hours in one evening.

44 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

It was a nice hotel. It was not as close to the venue as we liked, but it was nice.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Terrace Hotel Lakeland.
I might recommend it to friends.
