Nice place. It had great beds and linens. It was extremely quiet, except for the train which they can't do much about. The rooms were small and parking was less than desirable but we would definitely go back again.

I've had the opportunity to eat at the Terrace Grille and the food has always been fantastic. I've booked several off-site meetings at their restaurant and they always do a great job.

If you are looking for a "nice room" to stay, find a Holiday inn Express. Booked this hotel for a romantic getaway and was disappointed all the way around. Small rooms, poor service with even worse customer service when trying to rectify an issue we had - no hot water. I am not sure where the "luxury" status comes in on this hotel either. Great restaurant but I question how they were washing dishes when there was no hot water for several hours in one evening.

My 1st neice held her wedding at this hotel in 2001and every year thereafter I have come back. My 2nd neice lives only a few blocks away and it is so convenient, since her home is quite small to entertain guests. The only thing that I have noticed...
The hotel has a lot of charm, a nice view, and a great location. The atmosphere in the downtown area is quaint with a lot too offer within a very short stroll from the hotel.
