This is a weekly rental, mainly for locals who need some where temporary to live. Open 24/7 can check in any time!
Cost is weekly, approx $169 to $200 per week. No bed linens, towels, pots etc., must supply own. After week rental rates escalate. Approx $260 per week for a one bedroom. Many Pitt Bull dogs—even when not permitted. Courtesy Patrol thinks they are cops! Teenagers under 18 yrs not permitted in pool without some over 18.
Lived there 8 weeks while waiting for my apt to be finished. Rent was $1060 a month! Stay away!

I have stayed there. It was great. they don't bother you at all like other places. They keep the grounds clean and away from the trouble that most facilaty like this have. There rates are very affordable and they go down after 30 days. They allow...
