This is a weekly rental, mainly for locals who need some where temporary to live. Open 24/7 can check in any time!

Cost is weekly, approx $169 to $200 per week. No bed linens, towels, pots etc., must supply own. After week rental rates escalate. Approx $260 per week for a one bedroom. Many Pitt Bull dogs-even when not permitted. Courtesy Patrol thinks they are cops! Teenagers under 18 yrs not permitted in pool without some over 18.

Lived there 8 weeks while waiting for my apt to be finished. Rent was $1060 a month! Stay away!
