Breathtaking views of the City and the Bay, along with luxurious surroundings, are a few of the many highlights of our contemporary guest rooms and suites within this historic hotel. Hop on one of the three Cable Car lines that run directly in front of our Nob Hill hotel and be whisked away to see all of San Francisco's famous attractions. Discover the best of San Francisco's charm and character, while enjoying the finest of hotels in Nob Hill at The Stanford Court, A Renaissance Hotel.
Marriott
Located in downtown San Francisco atop historic Nob Hill, this is a convenient place to be, as the cable cars are also nearby. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, although a little dated in the furnishings. The lobby is quite dramatic with a stained-glass dome and a 360° mural, depicting early San Francisco history. The restaurant, Fournou's Ovens, serves a seasonal menu, has an excellent selection of wine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a pianist playing during high tea and the bar also serves cocktails, fine champagne and wines by the glass. There is also a fitness center and business center on site. The staff are helpful and polite.

Recreational amenities include a fitness center with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment. Guestrooms.
