We have been returning to St. Moritz Lodge for some three years now. It's our place to stay when in Aspen. Staff very friendly and most accommodating. Nice location. Away from the main part of Aspen, but within walking distance to the Wheeler Opera House, shops and restaurants.
Stayed there last winter. It was great, stayed with 3 other people in a room didn't know any of them but they were all fun. Free breakfast, 2 blocks to bus stop. 4 blocks to the downtown night life. Heated pool for relaxing after a day of snow...
