I had the wonderful chance of staying here during a concert trip. My partner and I stayed in the penthouse suite for a three-day stay. The price for the room was quite steep for a foreigner's visit, but the cost of the stay was covered by my employer as I was also there for a few work errands, so all was good!
The first noticeable feature of the hotel is that the staff is very very friendly. The seem genuinely content to help their guests and to make sure they enjoy their stay. They even offered us tips on London's hotspots, which we unfortunately had to skip due to our work and our concert going.
The room we stayed in was large and was very bright and open. It had all the facilities expected, but in a very 'classy' manner. It was a beautiful room and of course, very clean.
We had a very pleasant but short stay. The best hotel I've stayed at by far.
Would come back again. I give it 10/10
