My family was buglarized while staying at The Skirvin. My laptop and several video games of my children were stolen. After months of telephone calls and letters, the only response I received from The Skirvin was a denial of liability by some out-o

We had several items stolen from our room including a laptop. From the other reviews, it appears we are not the only ones. A nice hotel, but not worth risking having your things stolen!

Great hotel, but they don't have an executive lounge nor were they willing to comp. breakfast. Valet parking is $$$. Park in garage that is much cheaper and quick walk from hotel.

During my stay at this hotel, my computer (a new Macbook Pro) was stolen out of my room. I reported the theft to the hotel and police. As a result of the hotel's own investigation, it was proven that the only people who accessed my room were the maids. They said it was my fault as I didn't use the lock box (but my computer didn't fit in it) and have offered me no kind of compensation whatsoever, or even an apology. Their loss prevention manager, Patrick Shields, will not return my calls and has not kept in contact with me as he promised.
This hotel has treated me like a piece of garbage and I would recommend that you steer clear of them.
