47 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My daughter and I arrived for our stay about an hour early (2 pm) and we were told we couldn't check in.
We came back at a little after 3 and were again told our room wasn't ready. At about 3:30, they let us into our room, which was not clean. We stood there while they hurriedly cleaned the room. The front desk staff was very rude, at times ignoring us while they chatted. The only nice thing about this hotel was the elevator attendants and front door men, who were extremely nice.
Our room was extremely small, and overlooked a back alley.
