Be careful! They will charge $10 for cancellation, even you do it a month ahead of arrival.
Here is my story: I made reservation through Orbitz in September. But later on, I changed my trip plan so I had to cancel my reservation. I did my cancellation through Orbitz about a month before my arrival. The cancellation policy was shown as 48 hours before arrival and the website showed no fee.
However, about a week later the hotel charged my credit card for $10 as a cancellation fee. So I called the hotel to resolve the issue. The customer service who answered my call was a man and he is really rude.
He didnt try to understand anything, but keep insisting that he would not refund that $10. Anyway, I was still lucky by the fact that I wouldnt have to stay at this hotel. Otherwise I might have to experience that rude hotel personal in a person. Actually, $10 is not worth my time but I was just upset by the rudeness of the customer service.
I am not likely
to return to the The Rustic Inn at Jackson Hole.
I would not recommend it to friends.
60 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
Rumor has it this place was won in a poker game many years ago. Though its been enlarged, upgraded and prettified, it still oozes Jacksons Rocky Mountain cowboy charm.
A rustic, homey place, its just a few minutes walk from the square but away from the bustle. The rooms are in individual log cabins set around the property. Most have fireplaces; all have cable TV and coffeemakers. The best rooms are the Wyoming Suites at the back, right on Cache Creek, where you might see deer strolling along at dusk. Their gas fireplaces, kitchenettes, and individual terraces make you feel truly at home. All the rooms are non-smoking, and they really mean it. Its family owned with a super-friendly and efficient staff. The gardeners are happy to identify trees and flowers on the grounds or tell you about the yellow-headed blackbirds that hang out in a tree near the front drive.
Be sure to stop in the front office to see the critters a stuffed buffalo, bear and others and cowboy and Indian mannequins that you keep thinking are about to say Howdy. The hotels restaurant, the 89 Diner, is just next door. Eat on the wooden deck if the weather is nice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are reasonable. The Log Cabin Saloon is a typical and welcoming western joint. Theres also a laundry, grocery store and liquor store. Call ahead for free airport pick-up. Theyll also shuttle you to the ski runs at Snow King or Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The hotel is right on North Cache, three long blocks from the square.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.
