These luxurious condominiums feature outstanding intra coastal water views. They are adjacent to the beautiful gulf beaches. Each condominium features a fully equipped kitchen, heated pool, spa and sauna and accommodates up to six adults. There is a boat slip on-site as well. The check-in office is located at: 19455 Gulf Blvd. Suite #1, Indian Shores, FL, 33756. Arrive at 19455 Gulf Blvd Suite #1 for check in procedures after 3:00pm of the arrival date at the Reservation Center. Late arrivals pick-up center is located in the front of our offices. Specific instructions will be given regarding an authorization code.This code will permit the guest access to their check-in packet which contains keys and further instructions.

Great place. we just returned from staying at "the rose" & let me tell you everything was wonderful. we have stayed at other condos in indian shores & this by far was the best. the beach & pool area we partically had all to ourselves, definitely no crowds here. in fact, we are already planning on going again next year. five star all the way....

to return to the The Rose.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Okay
The unit has not been upgraded. The plumbing fixtures were in very poor condition. Every sink cupboard has had water damage and very little done to improve the resulting looks and smell. Mold and mildew. The beds were falling apart, literally. ...
