The hotel location is ok but the staff cannot be trusted which is outrageous! There's this one guy in the reception who advertises for Starline tours and if you book one, he asks for a deposit which is a big scam since the money will go to his own pocket. He will not give you the deposit back, no matter what. So, if you book a Starline tour with him, do not pay any deposit (unless you want to lose the money lol) You can easily go to the Starline tour office next to Kodak theater and book your tour there by yourselves. Just wanted to tell you what to expect in this 'lovely' hotel..
