The Ritz Carlton is very nice! It has the best service! The rooms were very nice because they had leather chairs and soft beds. I think that it should win best room service too!
The location is good and nice old building with park views and the high tea is fun but you don't need to stay to do this. In fact if you want a great high tea experience with class superior 5 star staff go to the Balmoral in Edinburgh it is a...
Unless you want to wear a coat and tie 24/7 don't stay. At check in they will high pressure you to upgrade your room at a hefty charge when you are already paying top dollar. If you don't upgrade you will get a very tiny, worn room.
