Stayed here for a night on business. Perfect hotel and location near companies in Reston and close to Dulles.

It was not what I ordered

My wife and I stayed in a suite in this hotel on our wedding night in late October. The advanced arrangements I made completely slipped through the cracks. The room was musty. The room service menu was out of date and inaccurate. The alarm was still set from the previous guest. Though the hotel picked up dinner for the room service fiasco, further complaints drew zero response from the hotel manager. All in all, a premium price paid for a completely average stay.
I am not likely
to return to the The Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner.
I
would not recommend it to friends.

The location was excellent, as was the hotel itself. The services and restaurants were excellent. The shopping center attached to the hotel was wonderful.
This hotel made me feel entertained: They have a myriad of activities. It's good for people watching.

When were at brunch following a restful, and luxurious night, we asked for waffles. They were not on the buffet, and the Chef himself made us waffles and brought them to our table and talked to us about our stay for 10 minutes!

The elegance and convenience of this hotel adds great pleasure to shopping at Tyson's Corner. A hallway from the lobby leads directly into Tyson's II. You have a choice of casual or more formal dining and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. The spectacular holiday decorations added to the mood. Be sure to clarify parking options and charges. At checkout, (upon inquiry) a hefty parking fee was removed from our bill.

The staff was not very accommodating and did not seem to want to go out of their way to make the guests feel special or comfortable. Other than staff communication issues, I have no other complaints and the rest of the stay was enjoyable.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: Very comfortable beds. The room was well stocked and nicely decorated.

I only wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed some of the spa services in the hotel.
This hotel made me feel excited: It is the most elegant hotel I have ever stayed in - very classy and made me feel like I was important.
