The only difficulty we had was in trying to rent a cd to watch in the room. We were unable to get the equipment to work properly. The staff was helpful and apologetic. I was not really bothered by this, but I could see that others would be. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay..

This hotel made me feel respected: All arrangements were as I had requested. I was asked in a sincere and honest way what else could be done for me by several employees, who sounded as though they wanted me to be happy. Even though I was not well dressed or one of the 'beautiful people,' I was treated well.

It was a very nice place. The staff was excellent and very friendly.

It's always pure pleasure, and there's always the wondrously peaceful atmosphere and most courteous staff.

Very disrespectful staff - totally indifferent to simple requests -.
