walls are paper thin its like having the people next door in your room. We had screaming kids who kept us up all night. Also, the hotel is under construction and they park your car 2 miles away and it takes 30 minutes. Stay away

Our family stayed 3 nights in mid-September and the hotel was exquisite. Service was impeccable, food delicious, and room was extremely comfortable. I'd definitely stay again. I'd only wished the Club Level had been available. The Palm Beach property is a beautiful hotel.

The only thing that I disliked was the wait time for a shuttle.

This hotel made me feel welcome: There was always someone there to welcome you into the hotel and make sure that you did not have any questions unsolved.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Ritz Carlton, Palm Beach.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
