We were greatly surprised at the small room size after the reservationist told us that this was a resort. We did not even have a microwave or refrigerator! We stayed here for a children's convention and found that this resort was just a hotel.

I am not likely to return to the The Ritz Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes.

This hotel made me feel hip: I was staying in one of the premier hotels in Florida. This was a resort, not just a hotel. It's more than just a bed and a bathroom.

The facility was delightful and everyone on the staff from the room service, cleaning staff, to the waiters and waitresses were extremely friendly and caring and made you feel very special!

This hotel made me feel welcome: They could not do enough to get me settled and even had coffee or iced tea at the registration desk to welcome you!

I loved staying at the Marriott Resort. The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was much larger and nicer than I had expected.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The resort was very nice with a huge hot tub, two beds, and two couches. There were also a lot of planned activities that were offered.

I am very likely to return to the The Ritz Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes.
