My husband and I don't often have the time to get away together. Our stay at the Ritz in New Orleans was a treasure and we enjoyed our time. We are making plans to return very soon and to continue to return as often as possible!
This hotel made me feel relaxed: I loved the soothing decor and the great spa!

The New Orleans Ritz concierge was less than helpful. As a person with a physical disability, this individual did not assist me in getting information about my tours since I did not book them with the hotel. I had to complain.
This hotel made me feel elegant: The surroundings were very elegant and as I dined there, I too felt elegant.
