It was a great experience except found some mold in the shower. Also wish breakfast was served earlier in the morning.

It depends on where the ritz carlton is located. Many placed are fabulous, but was very disappointed in the downtown atlanta ritz-carlton. It cannot compare to the one at lenox square in atlanta.

We look forward to spending time at the ritz on buckhead every december because of the quality of service you receive from employees. Their people trully make the difference. The first ritz we stayed at ws in phoenix and we were so amazed at the differe.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: The employees are very courteous, knowledgable of the area, aim to make you feel important to them. The beds are extra comfortable with the pillowtop beds, comforter, feather pillows. The rooms make you comfortable rather than feeling you are in a hotel r
