I ran an event there for my client and I stayed as a guest overnight. The staff was wonderful to me, both as a guest and a client. The bed was amazing and so comfortable. The staff at the cafe was excellent. I had been down for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and requested a window seat. When I went down the following morning, the hostess smiled and asked me if I wanted the same table. That level of attention to detail is impressive.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They anticipated my needs before I even knew I had needs!

I was very impressed with the decor of the hotel and the helpfulness of the hotel staff. At most hotels the staff acts as if you are bothering them if you ask a question. The hotel staff was very friendly and they went out of their way to be helpful.

Staying at the Ritz Carlton hotel makes me feel completely indulgent.

My husband has stayed at this hotel and they had saved his preferences and greeted him and asked him if all of that was still the same. My ten year old child and I went to visit the Martin Luther King Jr Memorial and we asked the concierge for directions. It would have been beneficial to know that this was in a crummy area. We ended up taking the train, then waiting forty five minutes in a nearly deserted train station for a bus to go the mile. There were no cabs around. I felt very unsafe and I would have appreciated the concierge giving us this extra bit of information. We would have cabbed it over and back. This Ritz hotel is ok, but not one of the nicer ones under the Ritz name.

This hotel made me feel respected: We were greeted warmly each time we entered or left the hotel and the door was held for us. We also had nice conversation at the same time.

They offered the best service and accommodations.

I have stayed at both the downtown location and the Buckhead locations (as well as many of the other Ritz Carlton locations around the country) and I can confidently say the Buckhead location has to be my favorite. I like the beautiful buildings, great shopping at Phipps plaza, and the history that surrounds this wonderful hotel.

This was my first stay at a Ritz-Carleton. I stayed there because the company was paying for it. I could definitely see why they charge a premium price. Everything was perfect about the hotel. The service was good and quiet. Everything worked in the room. I was especially impressed with the decor of the hotel and the courtesy of the hotel staff. Whenever I asked the hotel staff a question they acted as if I were the only person in the world. I had their complete attention. They acted as if my question was a bother to them or as if they were busy with something else. The courtesy of the staff was much better than any other hotel I have been in, even the higher priced hotels. I would definitely recommend the Ritz to everyone else.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The decor of the hotel was done in an English style, very upper class, with paneling, wallpaper and many paintings. It was very relaxed. It was not at all like the decor was purchased from Wal-Mart.

This hotel needs better access to the highway.

The location of this hotel is excellent and it is a great place to be during the Christmas holidays. They have a great staff and it was lots of fun.

The room was not cleaned until 3-4 PM. Turn down service was not until after 10 PM the first night. The air conditioner did not work properly and inaccurate charges were added to our check-out bill.
