Everything was great. The hotel had a nice staff.

They were very friendly and efficient. They treated us with courtesy and respect. I felt the luxury. It was a good price for a government employee.

This hotel made me feel elegant: I was greeted by many attendants. I liked the rapid delivery of the car as well as the easy check in and check out.

The internet service did not work, the check in staff did not have my acct info correct, the turn down service put away my ironing board, even though I had clothes on it. When I called to complain about these issues they offered me a bottle of wine and when I said I did not drink, they just apologized.

The hotel is conveniently located. The service is exceptional and the room quality and amenities are also exceptional.

This hotel made me feel excited: It is exciting staying at a world class hotel where you are treated as a special guest and not just another occupant.

The room furnishings were showing wear and tear. The room was smaller than expected.

The location is not desirable. There is a lack of good quality restaurants within easy access. But it's still the Ritz and the service is great.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my four day stay at this Ritz Carlton. The room was very comfortable, and quiet. The service was great. I was getting around Atlanta using public transportation. The conceriege staff went above and beyond to answer every question. Nice touches were the peact tea and lemonaide at the front desk, also apples and cookies. i would return to this hotel for my future travel to Atlanta. I was very impressed with all the employess at this location. Everyone from the front desk to the gift shop went out of their way to make my stay a pleasure.

The room was not ready when expected. The room was not cleaned and it was listed as unoccupied. I was listed as being assigned to another room all together. The matter was not resolved for several days. I had to keep calling to get the room cleaned. It was finally cleaned by the head of housekeeping. I received apology and a dining certificate from the staff. I expected more from the Ritz-Carlton hotel because of the past experiences.

It was a very nice hotel, but I was glad I paid the corporate rate. The bedding and the pillows are the most comfortable I have ever slept on.

This hotel made me feel hip: I was staying at the Ritz, which is higher class than most places I stay. Just walking out the door onto the street says something about you.

The Ritz hotel always supplies superior service, but it is what I have come to expect so it is not a surprise. This location is average but it is conducive to productive business meetings.

The Ritz Carlton in Atlanta was one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. I had a room for a couple of nights while I attended some meetings for work and found the entire experience lovely. I thought the business center was very convenient, as well as the various sizes of conference rooms and ballroom halls available. The hotel itself was well decorated and always had a nice aroma. The room was spacious and had all the features I needed in order to have a comfortable stay.

The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta Downtown hotel makes you feel home away from home.
