The hotel was very nicely appointed. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and professional. I was, however, caught off guard by the charging of the internet access in my room. Several lower tier hotels offer the resource for free.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the The Ritz-Carlton St Louis.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the hotel. We had children with us and we found the hotel had very few things to do for children. The bathroom was in need of new grout.
Staff was always at the door and they greeted me by name. They were aware of who was in the hotel and they were very aware of who was coming and going.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the The Ritz-Carlton St Louis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
