32 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This high-rise property is conveniently located in downtown Phoenix, walking distance to Baltimore Fashion Park where numerous restaurants and shops are located. I was very much looking forward to the stay with Ritz Calton, which was reputed for offering exceptional luxury. However, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The "classic Ritz-Calton" decor in the room was decent, but definitely not splendid. The regular-size hotel room had standard features like city views, marble bath and double bed. The beds weren't as comfortable as I had anticipated, but decent for a 3 star hotel.
