Okay
The very best thing about this place was the poolside bartender who was trying to invent drinks and kept pawning them off to us so he can make more. We're the only 1 glass at the most type of people, but it was great fun to enjoy the bartender's...

The location and the service at this location cannot be beat. However, a plumbing problem in the room prevented the stay from being completely good. Though I was transferred to another room immediately, it was an inferior room.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix.
I might recommend it to friends.
My guest and I have been a fans of the Ritz. She has been a customer of the Ritz in Paris and many other locations. But, our Phoenix experience was a let down. The front-line staff were excellent and polite, but our experience at the 'Club...

Overrated Property In Downtown Phoenix. This high-rise property is conveniently located in downtown Phoenix, walking distance to Baltimore Fashion Park where numerous restaurants and shops are located. I was very much looking forward to the stay with Ritz Calton, which was reputed for offering exceptional luxury. However, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The "classic Ritz-Calton" decor in the room was decent, but definitely not splendid. The regular-size hotel room had standard features like city views, marble bath and double bed. The beds weren't as comfortable as I had anticipated, but decent for a 3 star hotel.

What a superb experience! The staff there is friendly and truly go out of their way to make you feel special and catered too. It is definitely a power business spot but the shopping and dining options right out the front door made it feel like a great city-style vacation. The beds are awesome but the staff was even better.

The hotel was excellent but in the middle of nowhere. One staff person got the date wrong for a spa service but another person accommodated my initial time requested.
There was security and staff around constantly and the area was pretty secluded.
I am very likely
to return to the The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
