Location. The stately Ritz-Carlton Orlando (Fla. rests on a 500-acre oasis embedded with lush tropical gardens and Shingle Creek, the headwaters to the Florida Everglades. The resort is two miles from SeaWorld, within four miles of the Orange County Convention Center and seven miles from Universal Orlando and Mall at Millennia. Walt Disney World and Orlando International Airport are 10 miles away. Hotel Features. Beveled ceilings, thriving plants, large easy chairs and regal columns greet guests as they enter the hotel lobby. The rooms and suites are all large, comfortable and very well equipped, both in the bedroom and bathroom. They all include a balcony with views of the lakes, pool and gardens. The housekeeping is excellent, they offer a twice daily maid service and turndown service. The restaurants are airy and elegant and serve a good selection of fine foods. The staff here offer excellent customer service and are very attentive and helpful. Very popular and luxurious. Well worth it for a treat.

The housekeeping staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The vineyard restaurant was great and the staff was unbelievably helpful with their suggestions. The room service portions were way more than I expected and the quality of the food was wonderful and service was spectacular. I couldn't have asked for more from the staff of the hotel.
The room was very comfortable without going over board with opulence.

It’s like most Ritz Carltons. They have great service and attention to detail. It’s bit old world for Orlando. It’s good for meetings, as they share the meeting rooms with the adjacent Marriott.

We were upgraded for free to suite on club level. Extreme luxury, great view, shower, tub and sit down makeup area. Bed linens were wonderful along with the comfort of the bed. The suite was bedroom, bath, walk in closet, living room and half bath.
